DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT CONTACT THIS MAN, DO NOT EVEN THINK OF HIRING THIS MAN, HES NO MORE THAN A COMMON THIEF. He was paid in full after we received a quote (naively yes however we thought was good faith) after his first visit communications broke down as we hired someone with what we wrongly presumed, had the experience and knowledge to think around possible issues and tell the customer what need to be done, instead of bringing more issues that with a trained eye could have been fixed. BEWARE this is not a good business. Highly do not recommend. He is unprofessional, dodgy with his invoices, doesn't provide receipts, doesn't show up when he says he will, and can't even level a concrete slab. Hes a nasty man.
