Returned my call same day, told him my issue and he told me on the phone had to fix it!! Who does that!! Nice knowing a service you can trust
Sean's service level was outstanding. He thoroughly cleaned and serviced EVERY aspect of our fireplace and replaced the remote control starter. He took off his shoes when he entered our home, used mats to cover our floors where he worked and when he left our fireplace looked brand new.
Called Sean to schedule an appointment to fix my gas fireplace which no longer would turn on. He talked to me over the phone and helped me repair the remote in the wall. What a really nice gesture. Appreciate him helping me out.
