At that open home they provided the best information package about the property of any agent I've seen; I was impressed and remembered when it came time to sell my own place. They weren't the cheapest, but the best.
JAN RESOLVED EVERYTHING SMOOTHLY. We needed a quick sale at a strong price — Jan delivered on both, achieving the highest sale price in the complex at the time. His market knowledge, negotiation skills and property presentation were outstanding. There were some challenges with the buyer along the way, but Jan stayed proactive and resolved everything smoothly. A true professional — we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
