Competent. Wasn't really very helpful. I told him about some crusting around my eyes. He said , I might have so and so. And that was it. Nothing about what I can do about it, etc. My past eye doctors gave me reasoned responses with helpful what do try to fix the problem. Same thing with my cataracts, eyeglass, and other eye issues. Said minimal things, saying it was up to me. Of course it is. But as a patient we also look for opinions, things to think about to help us make decisions. There was none of that.
