I've heard so many people complain about having bad State Farm experiences, but I have been with them 20+ years. The home+auto bundle prices help a lot, & everyone at this office has been nothing short of friendly & caring (people say your insurance doesn't care about you- the company may not, but the staff here does or at least is excellent at behaving as if they do). I'm a very busy small business owner and needed coverage for my business, myself and my employees. I received a recommendation for this State Farm office and followed up with a phone call to inquire about coverage. Although I had a large portion of business to provide this agent, his office personnel informed me that "they only do business in their office, but they'd be happy to quote me over the phone".
