Dr. Mendez and the staff were prompt and efficient while being attentive and throrough at the same time. I was in and out of my appoint on time but felt completely seen and heard by all of the medical staff, (including Dr. Mendez).
No waiting I was on time and was seen within minutes of my scheduled appointment. He understood my concerns and addressed every concern I had so I understood everything .
Very friendly and wants to know if everything is okay. Really concerned about how you are doing.
