Sean was an absolutely stellar agent to work with, and it's not a stretch to say that we likely would have never gotten our home without him. We had a very specific location, price point, and other home criteria for which there was exceptionally low inventory, and the few properties that filled all of our criteria on the MLS were regularly getting overbid and swept up quickly with multiple offers.
