From the reception area to the procedure room or exam room, the team of professionals are kind, knowledgeable and thorough. I'm blessed to be a patient here.
I think Dr Nikravan is knowledgeable. But here were my issues with the practice: 1. the staff wasn’t really well qualified in my experience 2. I didn’t really understand why he moved my u/s from annual to biannual. As a thyroid cancer survivor, that scared me. I couldn’t but help wonder if that had anything to do with fact he performs his own u/s in the office. 3. AWARE! They are so so unorganized! No responsibility for the patients at all…!! My daughter had appointment from 3 months ago and just at the day of her appointment they called and canceled our appointment and the worst part is we need to wait for 2 more months to get the new appointment!!!! So disappointing! They don’t care about patients and very unhelpful staff!! If you matter about your health and your time don’t even think about this Doctor!!!!
Dr. Nikravan is wonderful, very attentive and understanding. I would definitely recommend him!
Dr Nikervan is very thorough and takes his time with you. He will answer any questions and make sure you understand what you need to do for your health. Always a pleasant experience with him not necessarily the procedure. 🙂
