Sharing my experience with the Auburn office. This is the first negative review I’ve ever left here for a business as usually I just wouldn’t go back but this situation is rather ridiculous. I was referred to this office by my regular dentist for an exam and possible deep cleaning. My first appointment was fine. I spent $3000 on gum flap surgery only to have the tooth removed 10 months later. I could of had and implant instead.
If I could I would leave zero stars. I was just in for a follow up appointment. I did not feel heard by Sean Avera - He was rude, did not listen to my concerns and walked out abruptly in an unprofessional and unkind manner. This man is a misogynist and lacks empathy and I discourage any women from using his services.
Major dental surgery, and the staff was wonderful, from my prep (Cathy took as much time as I needed to explain everything and gave me valuable handouts) through the actual surgery. Made addressing a serious dental issue less traumatic.
