Sean O'Connor provided a 5 star service for my mom's kitchen plumbing issue. Top notch customer service, honesty, quality workmanship and timely service. I'd give him 6 stars if it was an option.
Didn't show up. Didn't call.. After I called said he would be here after lunch. Didn't show up and didn't call. You indicated you called to confirm the appointment but no answer..you told me on the phone you would be here after lunch when you failed to show it or call in the morning.
