after waitnng for 1 hour and 15 minutes for a video call from doctor sean f moat just to find out that he never call or reach out to me. this is very irresponsible and unacceptable kaisr is getting worse and worse every time they don't care about anything but collecting money from insurances this is not the first time that this happen kaiser should pay attention to this problems with video calls and not waist patients time
