I did not have a good experience. The dr. was not very personable. Also, all my previous records from 9 years at Wilmington were somehow “lost” so unfortunately, the dr. was not able to view any of my history.
The provider demonstrated a high level of professionalism and clinical knowledge. The visit was well-structured, and all concerns were addressed clearly and efficiently.
