I treat every patient how I would treat a family member and believe in shared decision making. My role is to advise and guide but the patient should decide what is best for them. I am passionate about treating urologic disease in a way that least impacts patients without sacrificing clinical outcomes. This includes minimally invasive surgical techniques, but also non-surgical management when appropriate.

Fabulous Doctor! Saved me from having to get a stint after kidney stone removal. Must have been very gentle because I already have less pain the day after. I can't recommend enough. Very personable and caring with a great attitude. Thanks again for being great at what you do. Hope I won't have to get another stone removed, but if I have to it won't be with anyone else.
Dr. McAdams is SO WONDERFUL!! He took care of my Mom with compassion, respect, understanding, and professionalism. From appointments ,to surgery ,to post surgery!! He took the time to even call her with her lab results. He’s AMAZING and Highly Recommended !!
