Sean is super responsive. Explains your policy in great detail and also gives you plenty of options. Switch to him over a year ago and never looked back
I’ve been with this agency for 6 years and suddenly started having so many issues. Raising my insurance without notice. I paid my insurance April 15th, 2025 and it was 178. In 5 days it jumped to 251 and they told me there was nothing they could do. They said I raised my liability rates when I absolutely didn’t. Joseph made a comment that I could “get in a 10 car pile up” and be so covered…such a weird thing to say. Terrible, terrible business. Raised rates $800 without notice and then no one called me back to answer my questions. Go somewhere else.
Very pleasant helped me a lot lowered my insurance over $200.00 which was fantastic and I have excellent insurance coverage. Thank you Sean MacEgan!
