If you or your loved have dental anxiety I can’t recommend this place enough. My girlfriend has SEVERE anxiety about anything that involves teeth, so we’ve tried 3-4 different dental offices in the St Louis area before we came here, as she needed some major work done. Dr. Thoms provides an invaluable service for patients who need to be fully sedated during dental procedures. His bedside manner is exceptional—truly a 10/10. After a failed root canal by an endodontist left me in constant pain, I turned to Dr. Thoms. He redid the procedure, treated the inflamed tissue, and I’m already experiencing relief. His entire team was kind, supportive, and professional throughout the process. If you’re looking to be completely comfortable during more complex dental work, I highly recommend Dr. Thoms.
5 stars plus for Dr. Thoms and his wonderful staff. We have an adult daughter with severe autism. She can be combative and aggressive. They always manage her behaviors with knowledge and patience. We would not consider taking her anywhere else.
I am amazed every time we visit this office. Everyone is so kind and have incredible patience with my special needs child. I truly love these people. I highly recommend all parents of special needs child to come here.
This is going to be a long review, but I have so much to say. For starters, this is the fourth dentist, third pediatric specialist dentist that my 5 year old daughter has been to for her major tooth problems due to enamel issues causing a lot of cavities and overall tooth discomfort and issues.
