I am a very picky person. I went to Dr. Shanavas and was very impressed with his service. He was patient, listened to all of my concerns, explained to me with examples and recommended options. His explanation was so simple that even a person with non science background like me could understand. Most importantly, he did not hurry the appointment and patiently answered all questions. I never have the habit of leaving reviews but today I was motivated to do so. Would high recommend this doctor.
He seems knowledgeable in some regards, but can be a bit arrogant and not understanding of / compassionate to the patient as a whole individual. He misdiagnosed me and sent me down the wrong path, which can happen, but also disrespected me as a patient and a female.
Dr. Kreisberg really listened to me. He was willing to hear about my experience, asked super questions, and came up with some diagnostic options and a potential treatment plan to help me find relief. I could not be more pleased with his expertise and humanness.
Dr. Shanavas is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and caring. He explains things clearly and always takes the time to answer any questions.
Dr. Potosky is an awesome doctor that goes above and beyond the patients needs. He is very responsive in the patient portal and answers all your questions. I definitely recommend Dr. Potosky to anyone looking for a GI.
Dr. Kreisberg is possibly the only gastroenterologist I’ve had to take me seriously and really improve my condition. I was having a lot of GI issues and he suggested cutting out gluten which helped immensely. I managed to put on weight and I feel so much better now. He’s very professional and kind as well.
Dr. Shanavas is very knowledgeable and personable. I trust him totally.
