The worst kind of bait and switch possible. They are not in the Blue Cross network. They called Blue Cross to find the usual and customary amount was $518.24, of which they would receive 50% (out of network benefit) plus $250 that we agreed to at the time we ordered the device. Upon receipt of the insurance company benefit, they turned around and want to bill us another $500. And the device does not fit right. STAY AWAY
