Very shady experience. We offered to buy the Meadowbrook house in cash. At first he said yes, but once he learned I had a realtor, he suddenly claimed he had mistaken me for someone else and that the price wouldn’t work. He then sold the house for significantly less than our offer. I’m not even sure he informed the seller that we were offering more. It feels like he may have sold it to someone he knew. Communication was minimal, and the entire situation felt extremely untrustworthy.
