Didn't provide a quote even though kept saying he would, ignored messages - response to your reply - for one we never stated we were on a limited budget we simply told you colours and the brand of paint we preferred and as you stated you use the brand we wanted we didnt foresee any problem with that. perhaps a little communication would be in order instead of 1 or 2 word replies when we sent you messages querying when the quote you said would arrive in the next few days after you visited would arrive 2 + weeks later.
