He didn't take my pai seriously. I had a 8 year Progressive chronic pain turn into acute/severe pain daily. I told him that it was not a disc or spinal cord pain, as I had had both. But I did have severe bilateral stabbing pain worsening adjacent to spine, erector/rhomboid area T4 thru 7. The first doctor that listened to my concerns and got to work. I had no quality of life until I met Dr Keem. He got me in and out, and three years later I'm still so happy with the freedom my surgery brought me.

At my initial visit with Dr. Keem we discussed my reason for being there, which was chronic hip pain that may or may not be related to spinal stuff. It had been a while since my last images so he had me get an MRI. At my follow-up visit he spent the entire time talking about my scoliosis, with no mention of the hip pain, which was the entire reason I was there. Dr Keem is the worst doctor I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I'd give him minus stars if I could because I hate him so much for the way he treated me - with cruelty, disdain, and incompetence. All my opinion of course, but my medical records will likely back that up. I had to have the fusion he did fixed by a competent surgeon later in the year he did my surgery. My recommendation? Avoid at all costs, especially if you're a woman. He didn't take me, my needs, or my pain seriously.
