I left another company due to family recommendations. In the beginning a few years ago service was good! Now both my significant other and I have been very dissatisfied! Our agent never calls us back because we were informed he is ALWAYS too busy. We took a senior driving course to get a 20% discount on our auto insurance which we were told would be honored through State Farm.
