Easy check in , Dr O’Donnell is clear with his instructions. Has a great bedside manner. Very thorough with my shoulder exam. I would recommend him and this group as a 10+.
First time visit. Doctor was knowledgeable and good manor. However, I waited 45 minutes after my appointment time and when I wanted to reschedule because I had another appointment that day, they wanted to bill me a missed appointment fee of $25. Homie don't play that game.
