Mr. Hammett should not be treating diabetics. He lacks crucial knowledge of diabetes management. He has no idea how pumps work and does not want to learn about these crucial tools to manage diabetes. I refuse to call him a doctor.
What an incredibly nice, well informed specialist. Took very good care of me! A+. He understood my condition well and made sure to have a plan of treatment. This is my endocrinologist who will oversee my care.

Doctor Hamlett is one of the best Doctors I have ever had. Freeman Hospital has totally lost it for letting him go.Paula Backer has lost control of her hospital!!
Called to let them know I would be a little late for my appointment due to my blood sugar being low this morning. The receptionist said that would be fine. I get there only to be told that not only can I not go back for my appointment but they consider it a no show and I can not reschedule with them and must find a new doctor. EVEN THOUGH I called ahead. Never seen a doctor fire a patient before. It was an appointment I desperately needed due to my health. Absolutely find any other doctor’s office besides this one.
