Dr. Fisher is PHENOMENAL. I will try my best to keep this short and sweet. I recently moved to Washington from the east coast. I had two previous breast augmentations and and implant removal due to capsular contracture. Upon getting my implants removed the previous surgeon left the capsules in, which caused ongoing seromas.
