Sean Farrell provided top notch service. I called him on a Monday morning, I was surprised to hear him answer the phone. He got right on the project and was at my house not an hour later. After connecting with the city of Quincy the next day he had a crew here. They were here at 7am, they got done sometime before 4pm when I got home. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the service I have received. I have heard great things about this company from quite a few people, so I had trusted they would do what they were supposed to do. I spoke to a man named Paddie on the phone first with not much of a resolution. I have also emailed the company directly with no response back, to which I now have to resort to here. Great responsive and thorough company handled difficult terrain easily and coordinated closely with their concrete vendor. All crews were super respectful and knowledgeable. Sean showed up at initial meeting with full prints and recommendations for the lot. Gary onsite lead was great. Stuck to timelines.
