I would never recommend Sean Fine MD and need people to be aware of what he did to me - so they can make an educated decision about their GI referral. A history of hell: Brown/Lifespan misdiagnosed my continued IBD symptoms after colectomy for UC 1996. They told me all remaining symptoms were mental illness and I was sick because I wanted to be sick. My PCP sent a referral on 10/28. After a week, I reached out and was told that it was being reviewed and to wait another week. I have reached out a couple of times since then and have not received a call back. I don't think it should take over three weeks for someone to schedule an appt. 12/6 - Almost 6 weeks and no one has called me back.

I can't say enough about Dr. Fine. He is thorough, to the point, and his staff genuinely cares. He has an excellent staff starting from the medical assistant, to his NP- Samantha, to nurse Clarissa that deals with the patient's medication/insurance ordeals. I acquired him by word of mouth from another co-worker and glad I made the switch. Instead of being afraid of trying a new medication, Dr. Fine explained why it was necessary to switch and I'm glad I was able to entrust my care with him and his team.
