Not for me! We recently bought a very old house and wanted the chimney looked at. I have heard nothing but wonderful things about this company so they were the first ones that I called. I was first disappointed with having to wait several days to even get my call returned. I was also disappointed that he stated he wanted $80 just to come by the house to look at the chimney, when everyone I had spoken to said they never paid a fee.
