I decided to make the move to concierge medicine recently and turned to Dr. Cahill as my service provider. I couldn't be happier that I made the switch! I had my first appointment with Dr. Cahill a few weeks ago, I called in and was able to get in the next morning. I spent an hour going over all of my medical history and what was going on with me and what I should be looking out for going forward as well as treating the virus I had at the time. Great experience with Dr. Cahill; should have made the move to a concierge doctor years ago. He is thoughtful, caring, highly responsive and takes the time to get to know you as a person. The appointments are not rushed and you can feel his commitment to you as a patient rather than "the next in line". Was very helpful in getting me appointments in days, not weeks or months with other specialists. Offices are conveniently located and very nice. His staff is very helpful.
He is a good doctor when you meet him but he is not available when you need him. This is my experience with Primary Care Department at Loyola Medical Center, Burr Ridge. My PCP DR. Changed the group and the new location is very far from my home. So I changed my PCP and appointed Dr. Sean Cahill as my Primary Care Physician. Usually I have to see doctor once a year for yearly check up. I met him and found he is a great doctor. But later on I found he is not available when I need him. It’s the best of everything important. A happy staff down to the window washing guy smiling and getting the door for people. Nothing but the best Doctors as long as you don’t need a pain Dr. Go elsewhere for that. I was told I could use ice when I had a shrunken femoral neck in my hip. Little Indian man thinks everyone is an addict without ever learning why the patient is in pain. SMH
