If I could give a higher rating than excellent for all aspects of my experience with Dr Herman, I would. Dr. Herman is not only a skilled surgeon, but his patience and bedside manner is extraordinary. The entire staff work together seamlessly to provide a positive experience.They made me feel comfortable, respected and safe before, during and after surgery. Even going as far as asking what music I liked and giving me warm blankets. If only I could go to this office and Dr Herman for all my medical needs, I’d be set.
Recently had Botox and a wonderful experience with Dr Herman and the staff. The results are perfect !
Dr. Herman saw my daughter in the ER to stitch up a cut on her forehead. I wanted a plastic surgeon to do it given the location. The hospital originally told me someone from plastics could only be there in 5 hours. Dr. Herman was able to come almost immediately - because of him I didn’t have to wait with an upset toddler. I want there for rhinoplasty because I broke my nose and I was very nervous at first because that is such a big surgery and I’m only 17. But the first consolation I had with him he made me feel safe and told me everything that was going to happen so I never was confused during the entire process.
