If I could give Dr. Herman 10 stars or more I would. He is truly talented and absolutely wonderful at what he does! My 2 year old had a dermoid cyst (about the size of a dime) near the outer corner of his eye. Dr. Herman was very thorough prior to scheduling the surgery, and made sure we had all the proper tests done so that the surgery could go as smooth as possible. If I could give a higher rating than excellent for all aspects of my experience with Dr Herman, I would. Dr. Herman is not only a skilled surgeon, but his patience and bedside manner is extraordinary. The entire staff work together seamlessly to provide a positive experience.They made me feel comfortable, respected and safe before, during and after surgery. Even going as far as asking what music I liked and giving me warm blankets. If only I could go to this office and Dr Herman for all my medical needs, I’d be set.
Recently had Botox and a wonderful experience with Dr Herman and the staff. The results are perfect !
Dr. Herman saw my daughter in the ER to stitch up a cut on her forehead. I wanted a plastic surgeon to do it given the location. The hospital originally told me someone from plastics could only be there in 5 hours. Dr. Herman was able to come almost immediately - because of him I didn’t have to wait with an upset toddler.
