Doctor Ashrafian is very nice and kind. However, his patient care is mediocre. When I was in good health and only needed an annual physical, his patient care was great, but now that I am getting older and I have more prescriptions and concerns, he is not able to keep up including ordering the incorrect doses multiple months in a row. On my last visit, he lost his temper and even angerly used the bitxh word and got aggressive. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Ashrafian. He has been my physician for four years, after a friend referred me to him in 2022 when I lost my mom. During one of the most difficult times in my life, he showed me a level of compassion I will never forget--he literally held my hand and cried with me on more than one occasion.
