Not pleased. Didn’t show up for a 3 am pick up and was told that the driver was probably still asleep. Was told there was nothing he could do.Not even a call later in the day to apologize. My son had to pay an additional $460 for a flight the next day. At one point he said he would reimburse him because it was his fault.Two months later after many calls and e-mails he has not kept his word and will not answer my calls.
