While Dr. Ellison is a good Dr, the people answering the phones are ridiculous. Waited 15 minutes and no one answered the phone this place is a joke. Also when Dr.Ellison is on vacation the other 2 Endocrinologists don’t help his patients if needed.

omg, i left laughing, feeling like i just left a tim conway and carol burnett show! yet same time upset. FIRST let me say, Doc Sean A. Ellison, MD and staff were very very nice. However, I have cancer and the man could hardly answer any of my questions, including even if my thyroid was normal, high or low. And never followed up either on it! I have been seeing Dr Ellison since June 2020. He is such an experienced doctor and very easy to communicate with. He is compassionate and really listens. He responds promptly to “my chart” messages and never acts like the patient is wasting his time. He is so respectful and kind. I have seen half a dozen other doctors for various reasons and my experience with Dr Ellison versus the others is night and day which makes me appreciate Dr Ellison’s experience, listening skills, and bedside manner so much.
