I also have a furniture piece here on consignment. It appears they've closed abruptly, not responding to phone or email. Not sure how to retrieve items or if that will even be possible without a battle. Very disappointed.
I used to really like going to this store, but I am having a difficult time getting any sort of call back or message from them. I was told I would be sent a check for $350 for my three items since July of 2025. I have messaged them repeatedly, and there has been no communication on their side whatsoever. Unfortunately, I have had the same experience as many others here. After selling many pieces at Seams to Fit several months ago, I have received no payment. Numerous emails and phone calls have gone unanswered. I have no confidence that I will ever receive payment.
There’s such great furniture in this store! I recently moved to Portland and was in need of a couch. This was the only store I looked at, as I immediately fell in love with their purple couch on sale. The owner was very nice and helpful. Her dogs are adorable too! I’ll definitely be returning to make more purchases ;)
I’ve been reaching out via phone and email for a month now regarding unpaid payment for a consigned couch I sold with you all, and an unsold lamp that’s past the 90 window. I’ve called 10 times and emailed 4 times with no response. I stopped by the showroom during business hours and it was closed. Voicemail box on phone is full. On April 3 your sales person said I would receive a check in the mail and it’s been over 30 days with no update or payment.
