From the get go Brenda and Susan were extremely professional, courteous, helpful and showed exceptional expertise. We had six bar stool cushions recovered with a design that required FULL attention to the design. Terrible costumer service!!!!! walked in & talked to someone at the sewing machine about redoing and entire boat, she was very interested but said the owner was out and I would have to talk to her to set something up. The owner walks in proceeds to the bathroom for about 10 minutes comes out gets a drink out of the refrigerator doesn't say anything doesn't even acknowledge that I'm standing there and walks out! Don't go, extremely over priced and poor customer service! I spent too much money to have a chair recovered, and they are very rude. I wish we had shopped around.
