They are very friendly, helpful and very nice community.
Don't move here front office does not fix anything that needs fixing. Front office manager is very rude and very controlling. Quick to collect rent but not fix anything especially the water pressure which sucks. Not enough parking when they stated we could park on the grass by our home. Now they want to change things up and raise rent and lot prices not worth it !!!
Maintenance never fixes anything or takes forever to fix something. Don’t try calling the after hours line cause they never answer.
