Very peaceful even during the night.very clean / properly maintained.
April does the best job when ot comes to helping the tenants
Since moving to Seamist in October 2023. I really like the park it's very clean, and I really love our new home very much. Yeah, the water pressure isn't great but that can't be helped. The land scraping around my home could be done, but my husband going to fix that but other then that April, Jackelynn and JR are doing a great job in getting things done in a timely manner. I would recommend Seamist to others who are looking for a great place to live..
It’s not too bad living here. Jr is the best maintenance man since I’ve lived here almost 2 years. Jr you rock!! He gets the problems fixed and will ask if there is anything else that needs to be done and gets it done!! Good job Jr
