We moved out in November. It is now February and we have not received our deposit back. I have called April several times and each time I speak with her, she is annoyed because she has to “pull up a long report that takes forever”. She also says she will call me back asap and never does. I call back a few days later and we are back to square one. We were told back in December, our deposit was mailed out.
