I left 5 stars because recently a new manager has come along with a new leasing agent. Sarah(Agent) and Brittany(Manager) they arrived within the last few months of my stay to say theyve been far and beyond recent managment is an understatement. My move out process was one big problem after the next. Brittany and Sarah went above and beyond for me in every way they could too help us and make ot as easy as possible. By far the worst experience I had here in Texas you put ticket for them to fix certain things and they have not been fixed weeks to months later.. we were put in the most dirtiest run down trailer back in November very disappointed
Trailer park community nice and clean one of the better ones I have seen not so Rundown.
This place is horrible water pressure sucks. They continue to move houses in knowing the water pressure is bad. April is very rude and condescending she promises one thing but never comes through when it comes to repairs. Wants to send emails about parking but can't even fix crap that needs fixing. Guess what April the mobile home park already looks crappy !!! Please don't rent here run and good reviews are definitely not by people who live here. Believe me this place is crap!!!!
Water pressure is crap and all i keep hearing is we can't do anything about it from the office manager yet rent keeps going up. Where is all the money you collect for rent going to if you can't fix the water pressure lines because the mobile home park is nice but not that nice to where yall can say your putting money into it. I would not recommend moving here.
