Customer service is bad. They won't return phone call timely, also don't have detailed product knowledge. They don't know the PVC type, quality or thickness. the attitude over the phone is infuriating
A manager called gigi acted ina surprisingly mean way for representing a self representing branded name location like this. Wanted to buy a refunded (open box) boat, she doesnt want to give proof of sale or ownership, which will be needed to register the boat. She wants to sell.it only cash not to pay taxes for it. She bluntly rejected to honor the 6 years warranty advertised for the specific boat on their website, and said i will.not sell it and it's wrong. I ordered a tohatsu motor online $3900. They called me 5 days later and said" the deal was a late model 2023 do you still want it? " I said yes ill take it. They called me 2 days later and said its gonna be 700 dollars more now we made a mistake and also we are waiting on additional shipping cost so it will be even more. I was pretty upset but agreed anyway. Many more days went by and I finally just canceled. Big waste of time and online store is a scam.
initial quality and size exceeded my expectations . We'll see how it performs in long run. UPDATE after 2 years. Still strong. Love it. No rips, tears or leaks.
