My car was overheating. Happened to stop here to get a diagnosis. The person I spoke with( I think his name was Lue) was knowledgeable, open, and honest with what needed to be done vs what could wait. They gave me the option to buy the parts myself elsewhere, but I declined. My car was ready 2 days later with no extra/hidden fees. They charge me exactly what they quoted the days before.
