Albert Sealy of Sealy Trinbago inc, and his so called office manager Justin Smith, are thieves period. I would advise people not to use that company. Charged for a new roof from March my roof still not finished had to hire a new contractor. Inspection failed told me it passed, I ordered the tiles, hold on to the permit and inspection wouldn't put it on the job instead posted a notice of commencement. He’s very professional. He does a very good job. He knows what he’s doing too. I’ve never had any problems with him. I highly recommend him. He does a job for it to last a long time.
Albert is literally the NICEST, most genuine guy out there! He takes extreme pride in his work and makes sure that everything is done perfectly! I have known Albert for many years and he has done a phenomenal job on every single project he has done for me. He just replaced our shingle roof, and I am so glad that I went with him instead of any other company. I know that it is done beyond the standards! Look no further for a contractor! Albert is your guy!
This guy quoted me to seal my roof for 9300$ I’m going with a sealant. But I will pay a reasonable rate. This guy tried to take advantage of me because he thought I was in a tough spot. Which is disgusting. The going rate is 2.50 a square foot on the high end. He had me at 5.45$ PER SQUARE FOOT! What a joke
