Before you by from Sterns & Foster listen to what happened to me. I bought a new sterns and foster (Crowley Castle) mattress from Sears 10 years ago with a 10 year warranty. Around 3 years into my ownership the mattress started to development major divots under the memory foam. When I tried to exorcise the warranty they told me I had to work through Sears. The problem was Sears (the great indoors) was defunct and out of business. I called S&F back but with no path to use the warranty because it had to go through Sears. Frust... read more
