The facility is old but solid - no leaks or issues with the storage unit. The main problem is the management company and their rental policies are pretty bad. I had a CC get cancelled due to a fraudulent charge and they attempted to charge my storage fee the next day. I called to try to change the card number, sat on hold for an hour and was disconnected. Used to be great, been using them about 15 hrs, never had a problem. New management or ownership not sure, but they are now trying to make us pay late charges for months we’ve already paid! We are current (owe Sept) they have put a lien on our unit and already set up a auction date! Locked us out of the unit until we pay $500.00 for these are fees they’ve put on for Mar-Aug even though rent was paid! My recommendation is NEVER EVER use them!
