I would recommend nobody works for this company. At least this plant in particular. They do not care about their employees at all. They will trap you into signing paperwork with inaccurate information, when you ask for proof before signing HR- Washarion will tell you “I will get that at a later date I need you to sign just saying we had a conversation” and a later date will never come. Never in my life have I witnessed a company with such low morale in the workforce. It is the sloppiest warehouse I have ever seen. This company builds sloppy beds with workers nodding out on drugs while building them. I have witnessed this first hand. The management is probably the worst I have ever seen. They think it's a sweat shop from the 50s and don't know how to manage a thing, I have no clue how some of these people still have jobs at a company as large as this one. Got to the plant at 7:05 for a delivery and it is currently 10:00 and the employees are just sitting around doing nothing. For a trucker time is money. They unloading trailers the yard dog pulling up to the dock before finishing my truck and when I ask what's up the guy tells me " I don't know what to tell you".
