The mattress I purchased, which was a few thousand dollars, started failing to provide proper support within a year. I contacted the company and they said everything is functioning fine and that they had evaluated it. It's all normal they said. Bullshit. They are not sleeping on it. I can't stand mattress companies that don't actually warranty their products as promised. A 10 year Warrenty really does not mean much, if you can not get the representative to help you. My husband and I have been calling, sending emails, talking to the store who sold us the mattress, which is going out of business. All with little to no contact, unless we start blowing up the phone. 3 months in, and we still have a king size mattress with 2 suck in spots that are extremely uncomfortable to sleep on.
