Brand new Sound sleep plush euro top mattress is bad for back/spine, sinks too much, I’m only 150 lbs, body sinks uneven on the mattress while my legs doesnt sink as much
Recently got my mattress and what a game changer it’s been. My old mattress starting losing its firmness and started feeling uncomfortable. My new mattress feels like it’s supporting my whole body. My husband fell asleep within 5 minutes instead of tossing and turning. I would highly recommend them!
If I could give no stars I would. I had a divot in the mattress after only a year of having it. I emailed support and gave them pictures. They are denying my claim do to my box spring looking like it isn’t supporting the mattress. However I took photos of the box spring that there is nothing wrong with it. They are still denying it and Roxanne was extremely rude and refused to let me speak to management saying “nobody is in today.” Instead of letting me call another number or call at a different time. DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!
Bought a mattress for my mother and I, and now we both have back & neck pain. The mattresses are so bad that I literally had to get chiropractic and massage therapy sessions as a result of how bad their mattress are. When I tried to call them to discuss an exchange, or warranty options; there's pretty much nonexistent, and they will claim only craftmanship warranty is valid after you jump through several hoops. So much for supporting local...
Poor quality mattress. Bought a California King in 2023 that was rather quickly sagging. Flipped it, and while somewhat better, it still gives both my wife and I backaches. Can’t stomach getting rid of a $900 product so quickly, so we will get toppers or find a way to make it work, but overall very disappointed. I’ve taken to sleeping in the guest room much of the time.
