Very disappointed, purchased from the exquisite range 7 months ago only to have significant sagging issues. Whilst repaired under "good will" I would never ever recommend this brand given the poor quality of the foam topper, the price you pay this should not happen. This has caused sleepless nights and aching backs which is so disappointing given the investment. Do not buy!
Dear Sealy Customer Service, I recently moved house and discovered a deeply troubling issue with my Sealy bed base. While removing the white outer layer came off, then I found stains and numerous marks (please see them on the photos uploaded) on the original layer underneath this white outer layer which had been deliberately covered up. My spouse and I purchased a Sealy Posteupedic Crown Jewel Queen Size Mattress (2nd best mattress in the range) from Harvey Norman Oxley during the COVID pandemic, as we’d previously owned 3 in the past, and were loyal customers. I bought a new slumberland chiro thnking it would llast me for at llest ten years . No from the very firstdid not feel right now $3000 Later the pillow top has collapesed and still nothing done about it. Taking this up with consumer affairs as they simply do not respond. Oh and if taking photos can tell them anything.
Avoid buying from this snooze tweed store or Sealy, or taking advice from this store. Bought a Sealy mattress a couple of months back wasn’t worried about price followed the advice/recommendations given. Almost immediately my wife and I started having back pain but if you google on snooze website says it may occur during break in period.
