Katy's is the best, prior to the summer they had changed out the furnace that we had and had told us that our air conditioner was in its final days. We are glad we are listening since the summer I can recall must have been the hottest in recent years when our house was cool and silent. They arrived with winter check up on time in a polite and clean manner.
