The negative reviews here are fairly accurate. Sealutions did the rooftop waterproofing for our apartment complex which was later found to be defective and poorly done resulting in water ingress. When we contacted the trader he first said he didn’t do any waterproofing on the rooftop. He was then sent a copy of the certificate with his name and signature on it attesting to compliance and since then hasn’t responded. I would avoid this company at all costs if you can.

If you want a waterfall in your house - this is the right company. If you want waterproofing, search elsewhere.
Irresponsible company that takes no accountability for their inability to waterproof. Avoid at all costs. Currently applying to fair trading to get them to fix the constant leak we have in the basement for a new construction.
