I have used these guys in the past and they were great however the last rug I gave them I never got back. I've called them twice and they say they will call me back and never do.

Very knowledgeable and friendly. Explained the process clearly. Cleaned up when they were done. Highly recommend this company.
They cleaned my grandmothers carpets and vacuumed her bed and couch. A week later we noticed bedbugs. Phoned to complain but they just denied it was them. Tried to blame it on other visitors. There is only a couple people that visit her, in which case neither have bedbugs. They also treat for bedbugs. Wouldn't surprise me that they got a nice little racket going on.
