We got seals to clean our entire house before moving in (lots of carpet upstairs and down). Helen gave a quick and detailed quote over the phone. They guys came and did a clean and noted that the carpets were extra dirty from a previous owners pets. They offered to return and clean again if odors continue. Once they left we realized the carpets were much more wet than we had expected, luckily we were able to get some fans and a residential carpet cleaner to soak up extra moisture. We had a 3 bedroom, runner and stairs to clean. Including bringing in and taking out their equipment the time was 30 minutes. Needless to say it was a terrible job as it is impossible to clean, let alone thoroughly, in less than 30 minutes. The attitude was both extremely rude and totally unprofessional. We will NEVER use them again and potential customers should beware. Besides rude ZERO customer service.
Save yourself the headache. They are so unorganized they lost my rug.
I didn't even get past the quote Helen Steele was so ignorant to me.
