Hands down, the best home investment I’ve ever made. It’s now been a year since we’ve had our garage floor coated, and it looks like the day it was complete. This is after using car dollies, engine hoists, and hydraulic floor jacks on it. I’ve dropped tools, spilled oil or antifreeze, dripped salt from winter roads, you name it and the floor still looks new. Just a quick mop and it’s perfect! My floor was not in good shape prior to coating, with deep spalling and cracks (house was built in 1957), but it’s now a pleasure to work on things in the garage again. Oh, and I firmly believe the coating imparts an insulating factor to the floor too. I could go on, but you get the idea. I would (and have) recommend SealKC to anyone.
