Matt and his team were very quick with the job and had it completed sooner than anticipated. Matt was great to work with regarding questions and concerns, even going as far as helping with unexpected humidity and any other concerns/modifications. The job looks very good for my small crawlspace. I do believe I’ll have to add a dehumidifier unfortunately to combat the NC humidity still, but overall happy with the job and all the extra assistance Matt has provided, really going the extra mile.

We can not recommend Matt enough! He is extremely knowledgeable and not out for your $$$$$! He truly only wants to do what is best for your house, not what pads his wallet! He came out to give us a quote on dry sealing the crawlspace in our new house. He took lots of pictures and discussed with us his concerns and how to fix them. I was able to take these pictures and issues to the builder. We walked away with the builder remediating about 90% of the issues and saving us thousands of dollars - and we owe it all to Matt!!
