Our Town of **************** hired Sealand ********************** to build the Streetscapes in our downtown. They have taken so long to complete this 3-block construction project. ******* built an entire corporation building in less time it took Sealand to build the streetscapes. Sealand had maybe 4 guys working per day and started late around 10:AM, which is pretty late for a construction crew to start.
